How to Replace the Belt on a FlexiBarrier Wall Mounted Barrier – Economy (2.3–4.5 m Belt)

Follow these steps carefully to replace the belt on your FlexiBarrier wall-mounted barrier.

  1. Loosen the screws on the black wall receiver brackets.

  2. Pull out the cassette from the metal housing.

  3. Extend the belt to its full length.

  4. Gently remove the belt from the white plastic spring and take out the small white plastic pin.

  5. ⚠️ Important: Do not let go of the white plastic spring. If released, the spring tension will unwind and the belt mechanism will be damaged beyond repair. While holding the white spring securely, pull out the old belt.

  6. Take the new belt and feed it through the black belt fitting, then through the white plastic spring. Insert the small white plastic pin.

  7. The new belt is now attached. Let it slowly retract back into the cassette.

  8. If you also need to replace the belt end, insert a thin object (for example, a utility knife) into the slot to release the belt from the end fitting.

  9. Finally, slide the cassette back into the metal housing and tighten the screws to secure it.
