Shipping & Delivery

We deliver quickly and reliably throughout the UK and Europe. Delivery time and cost are automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout, based on your order contents, dispatch location, and destination.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Most stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. For made-to-order or custom products (for example, printed barrier belts or banners), the estimated lead time is clearly shown on the product page and again at checkout — typically around 2–3 weeks.

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels to speed up delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link for each shipment.

Carriers & Delivery Window

  • Standard carrier: DHL (or equivalent).
  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
  • Delivery is to the ground floor or first accessible point.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and packing costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery address. Any free shipping offers or promotions are applied automatically where available.

Use Your Own Carrier

If you prefer to ship via your own carrier account, please include all relevant details (account number, service, pickup instructions) in your order confirmation. Shipments made on a customer account are not covered by our transit insurance.

Transit Insurance

All consignments shipped under our freight agreement are insured. When shipping under your own carrier contract, you assume responsibility for loss or damage during transport.

Delivery Address & Access

  • Please provide a delivery address where goods can be received during business hours.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
  • Ensure suitable access for pallet or large-item deliveries.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order here or by logging into your account.

Missed Delivery & Redelivery

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold your parcel for pickup. Unclaimed or refused shipments may incur additional shipping charges for resending.

Inspection on Delivery

  • Inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.
  • Record any visible damage or missing items on the carrier’s delivery note.
  • Report issues to us within 7 days so we can assist with replacement or claims.

International & EU Shipments

We ship across Europe. Customs duties, VAT or import fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout or handled by the carrier in accordance with local regulations.

Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes upon delivery. Title remains with Snelder Gruppen AB until full payment is received.
