This access barrier with counterweight and swing post offers a durable and practical solution for controlling vehicle access, securing traffic zones, and organizing pedestrian flow. Engineered for smooth operation, the barrier arm is supported by a robust counterweight system that ensures easy lifting and precise balance.

The main support structure is made from hot-dip galvanized steel, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and long-term outdoor durability. A strong steel base plate with anchoring points ensures stable installation, while the thick-walled aluminium barrier arm delivers high strength with minimal weight. Reflective white/red markings enhance visibility in all lighting conditions.

A locking pin mechanism allows the arm to be securely fixed in the open or closed position, with compatibility for padlock, triangular lock (DIN 3223), or Euro profile cylinder lock.

Construction

  • Main support:

    • Steel square tube 70 × 70 mm

    • Ground plate 360 × 360 × 8 mm with 4 × Ø 20 mm anchoring holes

    • Hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated red

  • Barrier arm:

    • Thick-walled aluminium tube Ø 80 mm

    • Equipped with counterweight

    • Uncoated with white/red reflective stripes

  • Swing post:

    • Aluminium tube with foot

  • Height: Approx. 950 mm above ground

  • Total width: Clear width + approx. 900 mm

Operation

  • Smooth horizontal swing action

  • Locking mechanism at main support with locking pin

  • Secures arm in open or closed position

  • Compatible with:

    • Padlock

    • Triangular lock (DIN 3223)

    • Euro profile cylinder lock
