This yellow post with black stripes marks hazard zones and restricts areas you want to keep free from traffic. The post is secured to the fixed base plate from the front using a T-shaped piece. However, it can be easily replaced if necessary, as only the base plate is permanently fixed to the ground, not the post itself.
