The FlexiBarrier ConeLight Pro is a professional rechargeable warning light system designed for traffic control, roadside emergencies, construction sites, temporary work zones and vehicle safety.

The set includes four high-visibility LED warning lights supplied in a robust portable carrying case. The case also functions as the charging station, allowing all four lights to be stored, transported and recharged together via USB-C.

Each ConeLight Pro features 30 high-intensity SMD LEDs and multiple warning modes. When several lights are deployed together, they can operate in sequential flashing patterns, creating a highly visible directional warning that helps guide approaching traffic around vehicles, obstacles and work areas.

Designed for traffic cones

The large centre opening allows the ConeLight Pro to be positioned directly over a traffic cone, providing a fast and highly visible warning solution without requiring additional brackets or tools.

The lights can therefore be deployed within seconds and are ideal for temporary traffic management, roadworks and emergency situations.

Magnetic mounting

Integrated magnets on the underside provide an alternative mounting option on suitable steel surfaces.

This allows the warning lights to be attached to:

Sequential warning system

The four lights can be used individually or together as a coordinated warning system.

Multiple flashing patterns are available, including sequential modes that allow the lights to flash one after another when positioned in a line. This creates a clear visual warning pattern that can help direct approaching road users away from a hazard or through a temporary traffic arrangement.

Depending on the selected operating mode, runtime can reach up to approximately 50 hours per charge.

Charging & transport case

After use, simply return the lights to the supplied carrying case.

The case keeps the complete system organised and protected during transport and also functions as the charging station for all four lights.

Charging is via USB-C, making the system easy to recharge in vehicles, workshops, depots and other locations with access to a suitable USB power source.
