A professional, space-saving traffic cone designed for situations where high visibility, quick deployment and compact storage are essential.
The Flexibarrier Foldable Traffic Cone 70cm combines a full-size 70 cm traffic cone with a highly compact folding design. When not in use, the cone collapses to just 7 cm in height, making it easy to store in service vehicles, emergency vehicles, warehouses and equipment cases.
The 2026 design features an integrated internal LED light as well as an included removable Toplight, providing excellent visibility in dark or poorly lit environments.
Simply pull the cone upwards to deploy it. When the job is finished, push it back down into the base for compact storage.
High visibility – day and night
Two wide reflective bands provide excellent visibility when illuminated by vehicle headlights or other external light sources.
For additional visibility, the cone also features a bright internal LED light, illuminating the cone from within. This makes the complete cone much easier to identify in darkness and low-light conditions.
The supplied Toplight can be fitted at the top of the cone to provide an additional warning signal.
Compact and easy to deploy
Despite its full 70 cm operating height, the cone measures only approximately 35 x 35 x 7 cm when folded.
This makes it particularly suitable for applications where storage space is limited. Several cones can be stored in a vehicle or equipment compartment without taking up the space required by conventional traffic cones.
Deployment takes only seconds – pull the cone upwards and it is ready for use.
Integrated battery compartment
The internal LED illumination is powered by 2 x AA batteries, located in a protected battery compartment underneath the base.
An integrated ON/OFF switch makes the light quick and easy to operate.
