Manual barrier with pneumatic spring and hinged pole support

This manual access barrier provides a dependable and user-friendly solution for securing driveways, industrial entrances, and restricted zones. Equipped with a pneumatic spring, the barrier arm can be raised and lowered smoothly and with minimal effort, even at larger widths. The hinged pole support stabilizes the barrier arm when closed and folds away cleanly when the barrier is opened.

Built for long-term outdoor use, the barrier features a strong hot-dip galvanized steel main support, ensuring excellent corrosion protection. The thick-walled aluminium barrier arm is powder-coated and fitted with red reflective stripes for high visibility. A secure locking mechanism at the main support allows the arm to be fixed safely in the open or closed position.

Multiple locking options—including padlock, triangular lock, and Euro profile cylinder lock—allow the barrier to be adapted to different security requirements.

Construction

• Main support:

  • Steel square tube 120 × 80 mm

  • Base plate 360 × 360 × 8 mm with 4 × Ø 20 mm anchor holes

  • Hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated red

  • Arm can be fixed in open and closed positions

• Hinged pole support:

  • Aluminium pipe with foot

  • Folds away when barrier is opened

• Barrier arm:

  • Thick-walled aluminium tube Ø 80 mm

  • Powder-coated with red reflective stripes

• Height: Approx. 950 mm above ground

• Total width: Clear width + approx. 180 mm
